1.Domestic Shipping

Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days or earlier from the date of the order.

2.Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be levied based on the weight of your orders and shipping distance.

Rest of India:

3.Weekend and Holiday Shipping

Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

4.Remote Locations in India

 If you need delivery to a remote location within India, please contact us in advance to arrange the appropriate courier services.

5.Tracking Information 

Once the order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the delivery details and tracking methods. You can also track the order in the My Account page of our website. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team for further details about your order.

6.Delivery Partners

We have partnerships with ST Courier and Professional Courier for shipments within India. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

8.Disclaimer

1) Our products are packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package is tampered, Please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person.

2) We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company. But will definitely support our customer to track down a package through our logistic partner. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
