Exchange and Refund Policy
We fully understand there may be times when you need to return/exchange/cancel your order. Our returns and exchange policy is specifically designed to make it convenient for you. Please go through the policy thoroughly and get in touch with our customer service team for any further queries regarding the same.
Quality Inspection:
Every product we sell is carefully checked for quality before it’s listed online. If you find any defects in your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exchange Policy
- We accept returns within 3 working days (from the date of delivery). If 3 days have gone by since the receipt of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
- To initiate an exchange, please write to us at bhuvanasilks.tly@gmail.com or whatsapp on +917418791090, with complete information – Order Details, the reason behind your intention to Exchange the product . This should be done within 3 days from the date of receiving the products for us to assess, validate and accept or decline a return.
- To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Acceptance of Exchange is restricted to scenarios such as aberration in colours from what is shown in the website to the actual.
- Exchange can be done only once.
- If you think, you have received the Wrong Saree or Damage Saree,

- Exchange can be done with Other Products . We will pay the Courier cost in case of returning the Damage/Wrong saree.
- Exchange Saree shipping – Once we confirm the acceptance of Exchange , kindly ship the product back to the following address :Bhuvana Silks, 54 F/11, STC College Rd, opp. to canara bank, above professional courier, Perumalpuram, Vasantha Nager, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu – 627007. - We will dispatch the exchange product after we receive and accept the original product.
- Bhuvana Silks has full rights to cancel & refund money of any orders without customer approval due to incorrect information in order, or such issues beyond our control, like courier delay, manufacturing delay etc…
- In case the ordered product is out of stock, then refund will be processed within 7 days via UPI ID based or Through Bank Account.
